We provide 15month Warranty for the HID ballasts and 12month bulbs, HID replaced bulbs and ballasts, and we test all bulbs before shipping, so please buy with confidence, but if the bulb is defected or damaged during the shipping , please contact us at once, and we will send you the replacement (not due to misuse). If you find your item out of order (not due to misuse), please contact us for the replacement before return us the defective item. We will send you the replacement as soon as possible. If any happened to HID Ballast defective; you won't be send to complete ballast toreplacement; you just required to send relay wire to us that we will be glad to replace new ballast for free charge by return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.
